Appropriations Request

Programmatic appropriations requests may not be submitted in the form of an "earmark," or Congressionally Directed Spending, tax benefit or tariff benefit that would benefit a specific State, locality or congressional district. Please fill out this form as completely as possible. Only fully completed forms will be considered.

The deadline to submit requests is April 18. The Appropriations Committee has released final guidance for FY2026—please find it here.
