Programmatic appropriations requests may not be submitted in the form of an "earmark," or CongressionallyDirected Spending, tax benefit or tariff benefit that would benefit a specific State, locality or congressional district. Please fill out this form as completely as possible. Only fully completed forms will be considered.

Please submit your requests as early as possible. Deadline to submit requests is Thursday, March 21, 2024, by 5:00PM ET. This deadline may be updated pending passage of the FY2024 budget.
